Project Description:
CHELMSFORD- INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT BOSTON ROAD AND CONCORD ROAD
The project will realigning the intersection and install traffic signal control to improve vehicular traffic flow and safety. The project will also include replacement of the existing culvert located on the west side of Concord, adjacent to the Rosemary Lane subdivision. The culvert has reached its life span, and during heavy rain storms, the culvert fails and causes flooding on Concord Road.
