The project involves traffic signal and intersection improvements at the intersection of Bay Street and Berkshire Street in Springfield. Improvements will include bicycle lanes, signal equipment upgrades, turn lanes, pavement markings, signage, and new and reconstructed sidewalks and wheelchair ramps.
