Project Description:
BELCHERTOWN- IMPROVEMENTS & RELATED WORK ON ROUTES 202 & 21, FROM TURKEY HILL ROAD TO SOUTH MAIN STREET (1.2 MILES)
This is a complete streets project that will improve accommodations for all users. The roadway will be resurfaced and widened for improved bicycle accommodations, new and reconstructed sidewalks are proposed for improved pedestrian access, and new wheelchair ramps and crosswalks will be installed. Intersection improvements at Stadler/Front streets. Improvements will include turn lanes and possible new traffic signal.
