UPTON- RESURFACING AND RELATED WORK ON ROUTE 140 AND ROUNDABOUT CONSTRUCTION AT ROUTE 140, CHURCH STREET AND GROVE STREET
Work consists of resurfacing and related work on Route 140, from 500 feet north of Williams Street to the intersection of Elm Street and Brook Street. The improvements include resurfacing, construction of roundabout at the intersection of Grove Street, Church Street and Warren Street, minor geometric improvements at some side streets, reconstruction of sidewalk, and updated pavement markings and signage.
