Project Description:
EASTHAMPTON- IMPROVEMENTS AND RELATED WORK ON UNION STREET (ROUTE 141) FROM PAYSON AVENUE TO HIGH STREET (0.36 MILES)
This is a complete streets project that will improve accommodations for all users. The roadway will be resurfaced for improved bicycle use with marked bicycle lanes and sharrows, new and reconstructed sidewalks are proposed for improved pedestrian access, and new wheelchair ramps and crosswalks will be installed.
