SPRINGFIELD- INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT BERKSHIRE AVENUE, COTTAGE AND HARVEY STREETS
The project involves traffic signal and intersection improvements at the intersections of Cottage Street and Berkshire Avenue, and Harvey Street and Berkshire Avenue in Springfield. Improvements will include bicycle lanes, signal equipment upgrades, turn lanes, pavement markings, signage, and new and reconstructed sidewalks and wheelchair ramps.
