HAVERHILL- CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS ON WATER STREET (ROUTE 97/113), FROM GINTY BOULEVARD/MILL STREET TO LINCOLN BOULEVARD/RIVERSIDE AVENUE

The project will reconstruct Water Street from Mill Street to Riverside Avenue, a distance of 1.1 miles. The project will modify the cross section and intersections including bike lanes, ADA compliant sidewalks and wheelchair ramps, a multi-use path along the river side of the roadway, new river overlooks with benches, bike racks and trash receptacles.
