Project Description:
HAVERHILL- INTERSECTION RECONSTRUCTION ON ROUTE 108 (NEWTON ROAD) AT ROUTE 110 (KENOZA AVENUE AND AMESBURY ROAD)
The intersection will be realigned to an angle allowing truck movements. Surplus pavement area will be converted to grass area. A dedicated turn lane will be added on Route 110. Sidewalks and dedicated buffered bike lanes will be installed.
