UPTON- RECONSTRUCTION OF HARTFORD AVENUE NORTH AND HIGH STREET (PHASE II)

The proposed work includes resurfacing and box widening of Hartford Avenue North and High Street, from the intersection of Route 140 to 500 feet west of the intersection of School Street and Westboro Road. Additional work includes installation of new signals and minor widening at the Route 140 intersection, reconstruction of existing sidewalks and construction of new sidewalks, drainage improvements, granite curbing and related work.
