Project Description:
BOSTON- FIFTH FLOOR RENOVATIONS FOR NEW STATE AGENCY TENANT AT HAYMARKET CENTER (PARCEL 7)
The fifth floor of Haymarket Center will be renovated for the new tenant. Included is a new conference room and new office. Electrical work (lighting, power, low voltage and security) and HVAC will be required. Also any deficencies in the current envelope will be addressed.
