The project involves traffic signal and intersection improvements at the intersections of Cottage Street, Industry Avenue and Robbins Road in Springfield. Improvements will include bicycle lanes, traffic signal reconstruction, turn lanes, pavement markings, signage, and new sidewalks and wheelchair ramps.
