NEWBURYPORT- IMPROVEMENTS AT NOCK MIDDLE SCHOOL & MOLIN UPPER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (SRTS)
Project includes the installation of a High-intensity Activated crossWalk (HAWK) signal between Summit Place and Kent Street and corridor traffic calming measures along High Street (Routes 113) from Toppans Lane to Buck Street. Five-foot striped bike lanes in both directions along High Street, ADA-compliant ramps with perpendicular crossings, and new crosswalks and stopline pavement markings are also part of the project.
