BOSTON- ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION CYPHER STREET, E STREET AND FARGO STREET

Project includes the reconstruction and extension of Cypher St from the South Boston Bypass Road to E Street as Phase 1. Further improvements along E Street and then from E Street realigned to Summer St, along with a potential land swap with Fargo Street as a Phase 2. Improvements include new roadway, sidewalks, crosswalks and signals. Design to accommodate Complete Streets criteria and maintain truck traffic.
