STOUGHTON- IMPROVEMENTS AT RICHARD L. WILKINS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (SRTS)
This project includes the construction/reconstruction of sidewalks along the southerly side of Central Street between Pratts Court and Pearl Street. Additionally, minor widening of Central Street will be required to accommodate 5-foot bicycle lanes in each direction. Construction of ADA-compliant ramps and pedestrian warning signage, installation of new school zone flashers, and the installation of a hybrid traffic signal at Stoughton Fire Department are also included within the project.

| Current Status: | Current Operations: Aqua Line is currently working on the granite curbing, grading, and the forms for the stone masonry wall cap. Future Operations: Contractor will continue to work on the granite curbing and the stone masonry wall cap in front of the Wilkins School. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Expect periodic lane closures and restrictions. (as of 04/01/2024) |
