SOUTHBRIDGE- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, S-21-009, MILL STREET OVER MCKINSTRY BROOK & S-21-003, MILL STREET OVER THE QUINEBAUG RIVER

The work under this contract consists of replacing the superstructure of the bridge carrying Mill Street over the Quinebaug River (S-21-003) and the reconstruction of the bridge carrying Mill Street over McKinstry Brook (S-21-009) and their approaches. The project limits are from the intersections of Mill Street and High Street to Mill Street and River Street. The work on the approaches includes the construction of new cement concrete pedestrian curb ramps, sidewalks, and driveways, hot mix asphalt driveways, granite curb, minor drainage and utility alterations, tree trimming, removal and protection, traffic signal upgrades, pavement markings and signing, and other incidental work.
