BELLINGHAM- FRANKLIN- SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND TRUNK TRAIL (SNETT) CONSTRUCTION
Project proposes to build a fully accessible, 10-foot wide, multi-use rail trail along 5,900 linear feet of the Southern New England Trunkline Trail (SNETT) former rail corridor in Bellingham and Franklin including parking area, trailhead, etc.
