The proposed Greenway will be a 10 foot paved path with 2 foot shoulders, drainage swales, as needed. Railings and landscaping will be constructed as needed. A spur will be constructed near the existing Blackstone River levee to provide a lookout area over the Blackstone River. Two viaducts will require rehabilitation as a part of the project. Bridge No. B-13-027 which is a seven span concrete stone masonry viaduct and Bridge B-13-031 a single-span concrete and stone masonry arch viaduct.
