ESSEX- RESURFACING AND TARGETED SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS ON ROUTE 133 (JOHN WISE AVENUE)
This project will include intersection and corridor improvements along John Wise Avenue from Old Essex Rd to just north of Lanes Rd. Improvements will be developed into a set of design plans based on recommendations from a Road Safety Audit completed for the corridor in June 2018. This project will include developing future year traffic volumes and developing existing and proposed conditions traffic analysis.
