METHUEN- ADA RETROFITS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS

The work to be done under this contract consists of pedestrian curb ramp construction, reconstruction, repairs, and upgrades at the following locations along Merrimack Street (Route 110) in Methuen: Merrimack Street (Route 110) at its intersection with Myona Street, Ayer Street, West Ayer Street, Riverdale Street, Alton Road, Golf Avenue, Booth Road, Comet Road, Bradley Avenue, Derry Road, Erie Road, Frye Road, Meriline Avenue, Sorrento Avenue, Messina Avenue, Wingate Avenue, Thornton Avenue, Taft Avenue, Walton Avenue, Wallace Street, Pitman Street, Ames Street, Arcadia Street, Albermarle Street, Newbury Avenue, Sunnyside Street, Ford Street, Randolph Avenue, Farley Street, Simone Street, Campbell Street, Pleasant Valley Street, Ferry Road, Village Lane, Renfrew Street, Whittier Street, Brookdale Avenue, Webster Avenue, and Addison Avenue. Work shall include, but not be limited to: construction or reconstruction of cement concrete pedestrian curb ramps, construction or reconstruction of cement concrete and hot mix asphalt sidewalks and driveways, drainage alterations as needed, removing and resetting of curb and transition curb as required, and repairing of roadway cuts required to perform work including full depth construction and fine milling with HMA overlay. The work also consists of modifications to existing traffic signals.
