DISTRICT 6- ADA RETROFITS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS

The work to be done under this Contract consists of furnishing all required labor, materials and equipment required for the reconstruction of pedestrian facilities located within the designated project limits as shown in the Contract Drawings at over 60 locations in Boston, Braintree, Chelsea, Milton, Needham, Newton, Quincy, Randolph, Watertown, Wellesley, Weston and Weymouth. The project includes removal of HMA and Portland cement concrete sidewalks and wheelchair ramps and installation of concrete sidewalks and wheelchair ramps, granite curb, thermoplastic crosswalks, pavement markings, utility adjustments, drainage adjustments, signing, and other incidental items included in the Contract Documents.
