WEST STOCKBRIDGE- STOCKBRIDGE- INTERSTATE MAINTENANCE AND RELATED WORK ON I-90

The proposed project is resurfacing and related work with bridge shielding for occupant protection at 9 bridges and concrete repair on 6 bridge piers within the project limits. This project starts at the New York/Massachusetts state line on I90 and proceeds for a total of 7.8 miles to the Stockbridge/Lee town line. This Interstate Project includes the towns of West Stockbridge and Stockbridge. Proposed work will include milling, subbase patching where required, hot mix asphalt overlay, pavement marking, guardrail upgrades, drainage repair and upgrade, installing bridge shielding for occupant protection, and other incidental work. It will encompass the full width of the road. All on/off ramps and access roads will be included in the resurfacing project. Bridge work consist of concrete pier repairs, protection of the piers with fiber reinforcement polymer (FRP), and related work performed on the bridges designated.
