NORTHAMPTON- BRIDGE STREET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS (SRTS)

This is a Safe Routes to School project for Bridge Street Elementary School in Northampton. The project will consist of new and reconstructed sidewalks and wheelchair ramps, curb cut narrowing, curb extensions, crosswalks (including raised crosswalks), pavement markings, and related drainage on Bridge Street, Parsons Street, Hawley Street, and Route 9. There will be a rectangular rapid flashing beacon installed at the crosswalk on Route 9 in front of the school.
