Project Description:
FAIRHAVEN- LEROY WOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS (SRTS)
Work on this project consists of sidewalk installation, bicycle lanes, ADA compliant curb ramps and associated work on Sconticut Neck Road to improve accessibility for bicyclists and pedestrians to the Leroy Wood School from the abutting neighborhoods and the Phoenix Rail Trail.

    Current Status: Contractor has begun installation of concrete wheelchair ramps along with completing all proposed granite curb throughout the project. The electrical subcontractor is currently working on installing the proposed RRFB systems at Locations #1 & #2. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Expect periodic lane closures and restrictions. (as of 08/20/2025)
