Project Description:
FAIRHAVEN- LEROY WOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS (SRTS)
Work on this project consists of sidewalk installation, bicycle lanes, ADA compliant curb ramps and associated work on Sconticut Neck Road to improve accessibility for bicyclists and pedestrians to the Leroy Wood School from the abutting neighborhoods and the Phoenix Rail Trail.

    Current Status: The contractor has demobilized for the winter season. The Town of Fairhaven watermain replacement project along Sconticut Neck Rd. has been completed, excluding the permanent HMA patching which will be performed in late Spring. Third party utility force account work remains ongoing. Mast Arm foundation installation is tentatively scheduled for late April. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Expect periodic lane closures and restrictions. (as of 04/02/2025)
