GARDNER- ELM STREET RESURFACING AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS (SRTS)
The Elm Street Corridor between Temple Street and Cross Street in the vicinity of Elm Street Elementary School will be full improved for vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle safety and accessibility to improve multi-modal transportation under the SRTS Infrastructure Program. The work will include mill and pave of the roadway, new and/or reset granite curbing, concrete sidewalks, curb extensions, raised crossings, Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacons, and new signs and pavement markings.
