MEDFORD- SOUTH MEDFORD CONNECTOR BIKE PATH
The project aims to provide a critical link in the regional transportation network that connects the two
existing Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) paths and support bicycle commuter access
throughout the region. Additionally, the project will include modifications to the bridge carrying Route 16 over I-93 to accommodate additional loading to be added by the bicycle infrastructure as well as the upgrade of existing DCR lighting elements along the project corridor to MassDOT standards.
