ABINGTON- INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS, RANDOLPH STREET AND RICHARD A FITTS DRIVE (ROUTE 139) AT CHESTNUT STREET AND OLD RANDOLPH STREET
Work on this project consist of geometric improvements to address deficiencies. A traffic signal and/or roundabout will be evaluated. Complete street elements will be installed as feasible within the constraints of the location
