Project Description:
MIDDLEBOROUGH- BRIDGE PRESERVATION, M-18-017 (463), I-495 OVER ROUTE 105 & MBTA/MACRR
The bridge preservation project will determine the source of water washing out the slope and make repairs in the Town of Middleborough.

    Construction Bid Price: $3,072,941.00
    District: District 5
    Current Status: Atsalis Brothers Painting has completed blasting and priming operations on spans 1-3, 3A and 4A. The crew plans to remobilize on January 20, 2026. Atsalis will continue to stagger pressure washing & blast/prime operations for proper sequencing. Normal work hours are Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (as of 12/27/2025)
    Additional Info: Atsalis continues to work with the MBTA & Keolis to provide flagging services for all operations. (as of 01/05/2026)
