SPENCER- EAST BROOKFIELD- INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT ROUTE 9 AND ROUTE 49
The project entails improvements at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 49 in the Town of Spencer. The work involves construction of a cement concrete roundabout, improved bike and pedestrian accommodations, lighting, and upgrades to drainage, pavement markings and signage.
