The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the roadway, upgrade drainage, improve pedestrian safety and access, upgrade existing traffic signals and operation, provide bicycle accommodation, close sidewalk gaps, and implement streetscape enhancements like lighting, benches, bike racks, trash receptacles.
