CHELSEA- INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT EVERETT AVENUE AND 3RD STREET
This project will reconstruct the intersection of Everett Avenue, 3rd Street, Chestnut Street, and the on-ramp to the Tobin Bridge to improve safety for all users and traffic operations via the addition of a turn lane to the on-ramp and tightening of the crossings.
