Project Description:
WAREHAM- BRIDGE PRESERVATION, W-06-037 (4AJ) & W-06-040 (4AD), MAPLE SPRINGS ROAD AND TIHONET ROAD OVER STATE ROUTE 25
This project will consist of a bridge preservation at the Maple Springs Road and Tihonet Road bridges over State Route 25, in the town of Wareham. The work proposed includes steel beam end repairs, full painting, joint repairs, and minor deck & substructure patching.

    Current Status: Prime Coatings has completed all Intermediate/Finish Painting at Tihonet Rd bridge (except for steel repair locations). Prime has completed blasting/priming for 75% of Maple Springs Rd Bridge locations and is halfway complete with Intermediate/finish coats. Prime will look to re-mobilize in March to continue with bridge painting operations. NEL Corp will also look to mobilize to complete steel repairs in March/April. Scheduled work hours are Sunday through Thursday 8PM to 5AM Expect Periodic lane closures and restrictions (as of 03/05/2026)
    Additional Info: Gannett Fleming is on-site conducting third party paint inspections. Temporarily de-mobilized. (as of 03/05/2026)
