PALMER- CULVERT REPLACEMENTS AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ALONG ROUTE 20 AND ROUTE 32
This project aims to replace structurally deteriorated undersize culverts along Route 20 and Route 32. The replacements will help alleviate the flooding and erosion of the side slope of the roadways.
