Project Description:
CHELSEA- EVERETT- RECONSTRUCTION OF VINE STREET AND THIRD STREET, FROM CHELSEA STREET TO MBTA STATION
The primary project goal is to create a safe pedestrian and bicycle connection to the Silver Line MBTA stop and commuter rail station in Chelsea. The project proposes to fully reconstruct Vine Street between Chelsea Street and Third Street and Vine Street. This project will reconstruct all sidewalks along the corridor and fill gaps the existing sidewalk network. New ADA ramps will be included throughout. Improvements to the corridor intersections will improve safety for pedestrians and cyclists.
