SALISBURY- RECONSTRUCTION OF NORTH END BOULEVARD (ROUTE 1A)
The goal of the project is to improve safety including pedestrian and bicycle safety, improve drainage
and reconstruct the deteriorated roadway pavement. Improvements include a shared use path, roadway narrowing, and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons at crosswalks.
