Project Description:
PLYMOUTH- INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS ON ROUTE 3A (STATE ROAD) AT HERRING POND ROAD
The project includes the evaluation of traffic operations and geometric improvements at the intersection. The work is anticipated to address congestion and safety issues with the installation of a traffic signal or roundabout. The Route 3 NB ramps will also be evaluated as part of this project. In addition the project aims to provide multimodal improvements through the introduction of pedestrian and bicycle facilities. The project will also consider appropriate lighting to support the design.
