LOWELL- SCHOOL STREET IMPROVEMENTS AT STOKLOSA MIDDLE SCHOOL (SRTS)
The project includes modernization of the pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure at and between three traffic signals on a primary student route to the Stoklosa Middle School. The project would include new pedestrian signal indications, push buttons, ADA ramps, bicycle lanes and updating signal timings to meet MassDOT and MUTCD standards.
