LEOMINSTER- CULVERT REPLACEMENT, CULVERT REPAIR AND RETAINING WALL REPLACEMENT AND RELATED WORK AT THREE LOCATIONS

The project locations are Pleasant Street, Union Street and Lancaster Street. At Pleasant Street, the project consists of replacing the temporary plastic pipe with box culvert. Additionally, this project will include the restoration of the channel downstream of the culvert, reconstructing the roadway and sidewalks, and related work. At Lancaster Street, the proposed work includes reconstruction of the retaining wall and sidewalk reconstruction. At Union Street, the proposed work involves stabilization of the slopes at each quadrant of the existing culvert.
