HOLYOKE- INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT RESNIC BOULEVARD, HIGH STREET, MAPLE STREET, PARENTEAU DRIVE, SOUTH STREET AND I-391 RAMPS
This safety project will improve safety for all users along Maple and High Streets at Resnic Boulevard and South Street/Parenteau Drive intersections, and I-391 ramps. The project will address a Top 200 crash cluster and an HSIP crash cluster and will include safety improvements including bicycle and pedestrian facilities, access management, and transit operations, that are consistent with MassDOT's Complete Streets and Beyond Mobility initiatives.
