LAWRENCE- NORTH ANDOVER- RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ROUTE I-495 / MARSTON STREET INTERCHANGE INCLUDING 4 BRIDGES

The improvements include constructing new off ramps from I-495 southbound to northbound and southbound Marston Street; extending the I-495 northbound to the Merrimack/Sutton Street mill area ramp; constructing a new off ramp from this ramp to Commonwealth Drive (formerly Training School Road); realigning the Marston Street/Commonwealth Drive intersection; and installing traffic signals on Merrimack/Sutton Street at its intersections with the I-495 ramps, as well as at the Marston Street/Woodland Street intersection.
