LOWELL- BRIDGE REHABILITATIONS ON ROUTE I-495, L-15-082, CONCORD RIVER, L-15-083, B&M RR & L-15-084, WOBURN STREET
The proposed project consists of the reconstruction of I-495 north bound and south bound, including six bridges. Two over the Boston & Maine and MBTA rail road, two over Woburn Street and two over the Concord River. Three lanes will operate at all times in both directions utilizing crossover lanes for traffic management purposes.
