SOMERSET- SWANSEA- BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, S-16-003=S-35-003, ROUTE 103 (WILBUR AVENUE) OVER THE LEE RIVER
The proposed project consists of replacing the existing Wilbur Avenue bridge over the Lees River in its present location with minor improvements to the approach roadways. A traffic detour will be in place during construction.
